Our japanese-style room was comfy with great view as well as night-watching the stars. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was different to satisfy everyone. It was a unique and super location not far from an endless stream of dishes of all varieties and a high level gastronomic restaurant and the river and forest. The staff were wonderful and fantastic in the whole hotel.
The hotel staff was not so helpful.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room had a beautiful Japanese style that was spacious and comfortable. The location right by the river and mountains was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was more variety in the breakfast options.

I had such a memorable stay at a ryokan in a beautiful part of Japan. When we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us and showed us to our spacious rooms with a stunning view of the river. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly on the traditional futons provided. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the dinner, where we were treated to exquisite and beautifully presented dishes. Despite not being able to try the onsen, I heard great things about it from fellow guests. The free wifi was also a plus. I highly recommend this ryokan for a fantastic experience in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to a bus stop and by the river, which boasts a hot spring. Guests can take full advantage of the expansive indoor and outdoor onsen which offer incredible views. The breakfast is excellent; guests always enjoy freshly prepared food. The rooms have a great view of the river and the balcony is perfectly situated to allow you to enjoy it. Some rooms even come with a private onsen.
The decor in the lobby is outdated and could use a modern touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location right next to the river, with the hot spring running through it, was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to relax and unwind in the onsen, especially the private one where we could enjoy the experience as a couple. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, despite their limited English. We also enjoyed the delicious 12-course Japanese dinner and the choice of Japanese or western breakfast. The comprehensive written instructions and walking/jogging map provided were very helpful.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hot springs were amazing and very relaxing. We loved the fact that we could control our own private onsen temperature and build a mini pool by the river. The nearby hiking trail was also a great experience. It was so peaceful and serene, surrounded by amazing greenery and stunning landscapes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river.
The cleanliness of our room was very disappointing. The bedding had a bad odor and the floor was dirty.

The hotel offered a great selection of meals, both for breakfast and dinner, with beautiful presentation. The outdoor hot springs were fantastic and provided a relaxing experience in the midst of the scenic riverside. the staff was always courteous and helpful, with a reliable shuttle service to the nearby tourist spots, which made exploring the area a breeze.
There was some construction work happening during our stay, which negatively impacted the river hot spring experience. Some minor inconveniences were caused due to this, although this was understandable and beyond the control of the hotel.
